Our services include new sales of Mosquito Magnet® traps and accessories as well as in-warranty and out-of-warranty repairs. We service and repair most models of the Mosquito Magnet® currently produced by Woodstream Corporation. See below to veiw our service request form.
Warranty Repair
Warranty repair is offered for 1 year from date of purchase and is extended only to the original purchaser/user of the Mosquito Magnet®. (For warranty details, click here)
In order to take advantage of your in-warranty service solution, contact Woodstream Corporation at 1-800-953-5737 to discuss your warranty issue. If Woodstream Corporation deems your product may be defective, they will provide you with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). They will also provide you with shipping information to our location. Please note that products must be received 30 days from the date of the RGA number. Please ensure that you include your RGA number with any shipment, as service will not be completed without this number. Do not send your product to our facility without prior consent from Woodstream or COD as it will be refused.
Out of Warranty Repair
We service and repair most models of the Mosquito Magnet® produced by Woodstream Corporation. These include the Defender, Liberty, Liberty Plus, Patriot, Patriot Plus, Independence and Executive models.
